We require two documents for KYC verification. First, a government-issued identity document: a passport, driving license, national ID card (KTP), or military ID. Second, proof of residential address issued within the last three months: a utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement. Both documents must be clear, legible, and show your full name and address. Upload these via the account verification section in smite. Our team reviews submissions within 1–2 business days. If a document is unclear or incomplete, we will request a resubmission. Once approved, you can withdraw funds immediately.

We offer in-app messaging and email support throughout the day. Response times vary; simple account questions typically receive replies within 2–4 hours during business hours, and within 24 hours otherwise. We do not publish exact support hours or guarantee instant responses. For urgent matters, escalate your message and mark it "Urgent" so it reaches our senior team faster. You can also contact us via email, and we will respond within 24–48 business hours. During major holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, response times may be longer.

Payments and transactions

Yes. We support deposits via virtual accounts (VA) from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. When you choose "Bank Transfer" during deposit, we generate a unique virtual account number for your transaction. You transfer funds from your own bank account to this VA number, and the deposit appears in your smite balance immediately upon payment confirmation. We also accept deposits via digital wallets: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. All payment methods are processed through encrypted channels. Withdrawals are sent back to your original deposit method within the timeframe shown during the withdrawal request.

smite does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your own bank or payment provider may apply charges. For example, mobile banking may charge a small transfer fee, or your digital wallet provider may deduct a service charge. These fees are set by your financial institution, not by smite. When you withdraw, funds are returned to your original deposit method. Large withdrawals or unusual patterns may trigger additional verification, extending processing time to 24–48 business hours while we confirm compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements. Once verified, your withdrawal is processed without delay.

Games and markets

smite offers four main game categories. First, sportsbook markets: football leagues such as Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, and Premier League; esports including Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile; and other sports such as badminton and MotoGP. Second, live-dealer tables: blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and other table games streamed from multi-camera studios. Free bets and free spins are promotional offers. Free bets allow you to place a wager without using your own balance; any winnings are added to your account subject to withdrawal terms. Free spins let you play slot games without deducting credits. These promotions appear in your account's promotions section and are often tied to deposit milestones or seasonal events. Terms apply to each offer — for example, you may need to wager the credit three times before withdrawing. Read the full terms before using any promotion. Account care and support

To request deletion of your personal data, contact us via in-app messaging or email with the subject "Data Deletion Request." You must verify your identity and confirm that you have no outstanding balance or pending transactions. We will review your request and respond within 30 days. Note that we may retain certain data to comply with anti-money-laundering, tax, and legal-hold requirements — even after deletion. We will explain any data we retain and why. Once your request is approved and compliance holds are released, we delete your personal information according to our data-retention policy.
